About this Event
This is a 4-hour Pilates Reformer workshop teaches the basics of Pilates Reformer exercises so that student will be able to use a Pilates Reformer for their own personal use and workouts. Students will review basic physiology, kinesiology of movement, and Pilates methods for developing strength and control of movement.
Participants will learn:
Foundational Pilates movement and philosophy
Exercises to create a total body training regimen
How to create a 45-minute group Reformer class
