I really enjoyed the yoga elements that tied in with the Bikini Bootcamp class. Even though I consider myself to be in fairly good shape, this class made me realize how essential good balance and posture is. As a working college student, it can be difficult to find time to work out but I have always tried to make it a priority.
The session I attended lasted 45 minutes. I think this is the perfect length for a morning workout during the week and worked perfectly with my busy schedule. The location is also extremely convenient, I took the red line train to Fullerton and the studio was only a few minutes of a walk from the stop.
I did not know what to expect when attending my first session, but the instructor made the environment very welcoming to newcomers. We began the class by warming up and getting used to the feel of the surf boards then moved into the work out. The class ended with some yoga poses and stretches on the boards.
I also really liked that the Bikini Bootcamp bikini boot camp class incorporated workouts focusing on lower body, upper body, and abs. These classes are also perfect if you’re looking for a new and unique way to work out!
